For any issues that you spot after Update 3.2 has gone live, could you create a separate thread for them by any chance on either the Bug Reports or Tech Issues board (with some screenshots/video of the issue if possible)? That makes it a bit easier for us to track things. 🙂
Regarding the missing quests on how to unlock things: a game reboot usually fixes those things.

@EA_Leeuw Thank you I would've but it fixed after I restarted the game a 2nd time and then played my first full game. It wasn't showing me how to unlock the new weapons at first and all new gadgets were locked (except defibs).
