Update 4.1 Angel can no longer provide Armor Plates via his Supply Bag

+5 hp would make the gadget utterly pointless. I wouldn't say that body armor makes the game unbalanced considering that people can pick the health crate, med pen, recoiless m5, C5 and so on - all of these provide a significant boost. I like that we have to compromise here - eg, slightly higher hp vs faster hp regeneration (and unlike body armour, medical crate ability is unlimited!)
