Back in BF5 they've made an argument that bullets had reduced tick rate the more they traveled. Something like 0-50m was 60Hz, 50-100 30Hz and so on.
But this is point blank range with a shotgun and dead center mass shot and yet every single pellet decided to go through that player without a hit market.
I totally agree that something is way off.
I didn't realize they did that with BFV, that seems like a bad design choice. Makes you wonder what other choices they made that we don't know about. At times, Battlefield feels super responsive and everything is registering perfectly, then other times it's like a completely different game.
