in general i am against any perks that increase a weapons base performance, like the faster draw time (i think that means faster ADS or Sprint to fire?) for SMGs and the better accuracy in crouch or prone for LMGs...
Steady scope and more ammo are less contentious for... but we will have to see what happens....
