Upgrade for Xbox One/PS4 versions of the game?

Title. I was wondering if there would be any way to upgrade the standard last gen version of the game after it's purchased. I'm probably not going to have a next gen console by the time the game come...

If you buy the gold version or the ultimate version of the game, you will have access to both current Gen an next Gen consoles to play.
