Urgent - portal server problems!

I have persistent servers set to ON.

I had a server running last night.

At some point, the sever must have frozen or a map didn’t load properly, leaving the server in a frozen state.

Now I can’t take that server down and I can’t open any other servers!

I can’t even join the one that’s frozen on the browser screen.

something seriously needs to be done about the reliability and stability of these servers.

People PAY for premium and to have persistent servers and dice simply isn’t delivering the service that people are PAYING for!

Server stability has ALWAYS been an issue and it has never been resolved.

On top of the above, people are constantly kicked from servers, servers constantly crash and recently we now have full hard-crashes of the game.

Enough is enough now and this needs to be addressed as a priority.

    Update:

    Cleared cache on all my devices and it seemed to clear the old server off the browser.

    BUT

    There were non-stop server crashes for the whole time I had a new server open.

    Everyone in the servers were repeatedly kicked.

    The server repeatedly crashed.

    There must have been 5 or 6 crashes in the space of an hour.

    Gave up in the end and turned the game off.

    2 points for dice to note:

    I will NOT be running persistent servers anymore.

    They are unstable and unreliable.

    And to think we PAY you for having persistent servers. It’s unacceptable and we should be reimbursed for this.

    Secondly, you’re going to lose players if the servers continue to run this badly.

    We’ll simply stop playing. What’s the point of playing when we have mulitple server crashes EVERY time we play.

    Sad to say, but I’m rapidly losing patience with this game.

    I don't even think they reply or read these messages, that's unfortunate cause the game has so much potential.
