@Jan_Atreides I agree with everything, also just want to add, that Miniguns should spin up when the gunner or pilot zooms in with them, this would make so much sense.
Also, where do you find the sensitivity settings for the Freelook camera when inside the cockpit and in first person? I can't find it anywhere and really despise how freelook movements are linked to aircraft movements when using freelook to look around. Furthermore, I despise how it resets the freelook after letting go of the respective key to freelook.
Interesting list a lot of which makes sense. I beat this drum often, but I'd like them to fix the game killing issues too like the ongoing ADS issue, artifact player "bodies" and the network stability issues too.
- @Echo6Echo Oh, I believe I reported the artifact bodies as a bug here (https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/v1-14-Floating-soldier-glitch/m-p/11636858#M18378), and I admit I'm not familiar with the ADS issue. Per network stability, it's hard for me to comment on that because I'm currently using the PS4 slim through wifi, and my wifi is very not-great, I get disconnected occasionally anyway.
- @S3SSioN_SoL I'd be for a system where zooming/aiming spins them up. 🙂 Even if I'd prefer firing pretty much instantly, as anything otherwise somewhat defeats the purpose of why multi-barrel guns were put into use in the first place; being able to put a lot of lead on a target during a limited window of engagement.
To be fair, jet aircraft don't have the windup, and they'd probably be the ones worst hurt by this. But it still doesn't feel very satisfying in little birds or the light ground transports.
I think I only have one Freelook sensitivity option, and that's 'vehicle Freelook sensitivity', unfortunately. An option to have toggle freelook would be nice.
