Just a couple points.
You say Helis are not OP. Consider after the nerfs, that they continue to be tops in kill farming. They are easier to down, but good pilots, and you being in the top .1% as you state, know, that you may die once per match. When you consider these points are after a nerf, OMG, what were they before?! I see 50 -100 kills with 1 maybe 2 deaths from good pilots a game. WOW
Lis' TV missiles do not have a lot of range. That being said, some of the ground vehicles do not have the speed to outrun them like air.
Ground does use cover to avoid them since the missiles have little agility. As someone who has T1d Lis, Ground gets hit by Lis when they are out in the open (like sitting in their spawn raining down fire on the closest node in relative safety), or they are stationary (sitting on a flag farming all infantry in area).
If one Lis fired rocket after rocket after rocket into ground, she could not kill it. The time between the second and third rocket is 20 seconds, and your borg regeneration regenerates more damage then the second rocket did. Another 20 seconds between rocket 3 and 4 and you're back at full health.
Your statement to limit Lis players is irony. When you think about it, it takes 3 Lis to down an armored vehicle, and you believe that is OP!!!!!! All the while, your vehicle is camped and 1 shotting multitudes of infantry and you think that is fine. Add more vehicles and this is Vehiclefield 2042.
RE: C5, youre only experiencing the success. Even with Mackay, the success is like 1-2/10 attempts. The tank kills him, or others shoot him before he can drop 3 C5 on the highest armor area of the tank (and this does not always destroy the tank). You don't consider the 90% failure of such a move. I hardly think 10% success should be nerfed.

Just about every thread I have read about Piloting is nothing more then EZMode is not EZEnuf. Some are better worded then others, but it is all the same.
Today, in 2042, Vehicles are far more powerful (and they should be) then Infantry. That being said, they shouldn't be nigh invulnerable .
