I get you bro. I've been playing BF for a while. However, this is not how vehicles and maps worked in previous BF titles. In previous titles of the franchise, infantry was able to move and defend against vehicles. Yes, you would get killed but not constantly, by the same dude, in the same helicopter/tank that you just destroyed 30 seconds ago.
