That video hurts me on a personal level. It is absolutely miserable trying to get one. Completely zapped all enthusiasm I had for this game.
I'm curious. In a typical game just how many cumulative minutes are wasted by players camping the spawn menu for vehicles.
Also, what is the max number of vehicles allowed in Portal? Anyone know?
A lot of time is waisted. A lot of cumulative minutes. Notice how quickly the available vehicles were taken. This is due to fact many players waiting in spawn menu and spamming the LT mouse button to get into a vehicle.
Portal maps are 64 player conquest 32 vs 32. And even then they have more vehicles in scale compared to 128 player conquest 64 vs 64....

I don't know if 'ruined' is the right word here.
Clearly vehicles are fun enough for people to spend 50% of their time just waiting for a chance.
To me this tells the opposite story. People would rather sit and do nothing than play infantry.
