Vehicle spam is knee capping your user base

@TheOperat1onGood pilots lead the leaderboards in most battlefield games. Vehicles are what separates Battlefield from games like Call of Duty and Counter-strike. If you want all infantry all the time, then there are game modes for it or other games. The vehicle limit is already lower in this game than it is in any past BF game that I can think of, I think that some of the countermeasures and auto-healing are overpowered, but I wouldn't want even less vehicles in the maps.

Spam? There’s only one attack helicopter and 2 tanks per team? It’s like infantry players don’t have enough brain to use common sense.

you will be spammed everywhere as infantry from explosions 30mm and the stealth heli is way too strong considering it only takes one person and if the pilot has only 2h experience you can't kill him without AA tanks.
The big problem is that 90% of BASE players play infantry and exactly these people get * up all day long by some low brain vehicle abuser. Nobody can tell me that you need skill for vehicles in BF 2042, every * vehicle has AOE explosions against infantry, even the crappy transport jeeps! And you do not even have normal modes to avoid vehicles no only every 3 weeks there are times for 5 days CQ infantry. 

Vehicles yes but not the nerve killing stuff that makes people leave the game more instead of playing on. You can defend the vehicles as much as you want but these things hurt the game more than they help because in many matches as an infantry you just don't have downtimes where you can just play relaxed without getting shot at again by explosives 300m away.

There are plenty of reasons to play Battlefield games and none of them surround low skill vehicle play. 

Firstly, this most recent iteration of the franchise features excellent, gun play. The recoil mechanics of the weapons are diverse and require a level of control and strategy beyond what is found in COD. 

Secondly, the large, beautiful sprawling terrain which is destructible in nature and highly dynamic. 

Thirdly, squad play makes sense, the operators are interesting and their abilities add a depth of strategy to the overall playing experience. 

Bottom line, Dice has created a wonderful, fun, infantry shooter, it however is being ruined by low skill vehicle spam that frankly has no counter. 

the stealth chopper can practically indefinitely stay in the sky no matter the attempts. Ace pilots lead by a country mile the k/d charts; hint, it’s because they are heinously overpowered. 

Battlefield franchise or not, the goal of any for profit business is to maximize revenue and profitability. 

COD has to date sold over 300 million more copies than BF and hasn’t been on the market as long. 

The market is screaming at Dice; only low brow vehicle nerds care about vehicle play because they are bad and can’t hang during infantry combat.

Weird that, I could have sworn past titles didn't suffer from all the below - 

1, No infantry based maps. Examples - Donya Fortress · Operation 925 · Scrapmetal · Ziba Tower - Metro - Locker. (All off the top of my head. Maybe I just dreamt it). 

2, Infantry games on rotation. Some weeks they're available other weeks they're not. What are players supposed to do? Just stop playing and wait weeks/months until it rotates back again?

3, No server browser & no persistent servers hosting infantry games. What about player made portal servers you may ask? Expect limited XP, matchmaking issues and a rule set you may not enjoy. 

4, Lack of compartmentalisation in all 2042 maps, flat maps, limited cover. This wasn't the case in other BF titles. Infantry and Vehicles could coexist with no issues. 

5, Rush. Still has vehicles. Still suffers from all the problems in reason number 3. See above. 

The only infantry games that are enjoyable and are actually designed accordingly for such gameplay, with full XP, are on a rotation and are on all the (keywords) - pre 2042 maps.   

Pretty much destroys that "this is the Battlefield franchise" line.
