@MECHA_CARZILLAFrom my memory of the beta, there were no scattered armoured vehicles on start, only those scattered by players rushing to points. What I recall, there were no "parked" armed or armoured vehicles at the base either.
There ARE civilian cars that are drivable, placed around the map at start, which is great for transportation.
