yo. Since every one can be remote missile, i think having vehicle penalty is unfair. Another bugging thing that i have in bf is waiting. I freaking dodge them, good. But imo when i get 1 shotted or ...

I agree, but I honestly can't think of a better solution that isn't just CoD's kill-streak [or equivalent] that if you perform well you can call in a vehicle.
Because if you want to make it like old BF games, people just camped the runways/spawn locations, and then you had griefing by teammates who didn't get the vehicle, which leads to teamkilling/blocking/etc, or enemies just strafing/bombing the runways/spawn locations.

You could implement the old BF games spawn system and make it workable by having a hard barrier/fence (indestructible) around the airfield to prevent vehicles from entering and make it a first come first serve scenario.
Then add automatic AA over home bases that absolutely shreads enemy aircraft if they enter the zone.
