Remove autoheal from infantry while your add it.

BFV was a lot of 'work' getting health after more or less every gun-fight. For the hardcore crowd this is perhaps fine, but BF is much more fun (for us casuals) with full health regen.

This is BF not some run and gun, bunny hop, easy mode press to kill game. Go play another title if that's what you want...

Anyone who wants the health attrition system from BFV to be back are crazy
The only purpose of that system is to neutered that ability of good players to take multiple gunfights
It's a * system which is just as bad as BF3 suppression to the game

So you want a system that allows you to setup a tank any way you want it, with no forethought to how you are using it, run out to the edge of the map and farm people, then duck back to cover and heal over an over. Not rely on having a few team mates with you to repair, man the other guns and not think strategically to reload and repair.
Ability of a good player to take multiple gunfights? Hahaha...Ability of a mediocre player to farm infantry is what you meant. A good player did it in BF V despite what you call limitations.
