@Adamonic I also feel like it's an issue with all ARs because of the HSM, because once the VHX gets nerfed, everyone is gonna default to any other AR. It happened with the RM68 and will happen again if DICE is not attentive to the root of the problem.
@BownrInSweatPanz HS multiplier definitely is a factor that favors the AR's, SMG's have almost been rendered useless because of it. There's AR's that shine in CQ and there's AR's that shine in mid/long range.
And then there's the VHX-D3 that shines like the polestar!
In the AR class I've mastered the SFAR, AC-42, RM68, GEW-46 and the ACW-R, and a decent amount of time and kills with the M5A3. None of these come close to the VHX-D3 when it comes to Damage/min and Kills/min. But my HS% is lowest on the VHX-D3 compared to all these except the M5A3.
