Listen,

Their is a small group of players that are cheating, being banned, creating new accounts and doing it all over again. They play with other people who aren't cheating but they're assisting them by either driving them around in vehicles or helicopters and allowing them to openly rage-aimbot/hack the entire lobby. 

This small group of players are also the ones stream sniping many of the streamers in the community.

too many accounts to list, banned multiple times for hacking and comes back on numerous names

Doesn't cheat but will fly with cheaters and assist in ruining the game for everyone else.

Doesn't cheat but allows aimbotter to ride in his vehicle while he reaps the benefits of hundreds of assists every game.

In addition; this group will come back on smurf accounts or names that are just numbers such as 
"*snip*" which is in this video below.

In the video you will see him aimbot me immediately upon spawn and he finished this game with 206 kills 2 deaths. 

Why can we not ban cheaters and those helping the cheaters permanently via hardware/ip/bans or something?
