Is there a way to enable voice chat on Console?
@Redrum331Yes. In the settings. Others have to enable it in your squad too. If they don't have it on, you can only talk to yourself all day. Keep trying though. I've met lot of good people on the Battlefield.

They went way too safe route with 'toxic' behaviour prevention measures. Those who don't want to listen to VOIP have had ability to mute, report abuse and/or completely disable chat.

Yeah. A bit over board with safety. I would love to communicate with the guy just killed me and tbag-ing me for a few seconds. Healthy competition. I might actually make friends with guys killing me in a good round. Back and forth. Lol. Put some big boy pants on. Have fun.
