We need a sandbox server like in BF4

Please re add a small "Sandbox" server to practice on all weapons, vehicles etc. This was a groundbreaking feature in BF4 that allowed people to do play tests and practice fundamentals and strats before taking them to the actual servers. This should be an easy thing to do.
