We Need Squad Change! (ASAP)
We need to be able to change the squad as soon as possible, we can overlook changing the team because of its abuse, but changing the squad will never do that and here is a list of some reasons why...

There is currently no way to leave your squad either. You can right-click on your name to "change squad". But, this will only randomly put you in another squad. Unless they all happen to be full, where you will be placed in your own squad.
Sometimes I want the ability to play outside of a squad. In previous titles I could start my own squad and lock it. For example when I'm temporarliy testing some loadouts/attachments and not contributing/PTFO'ing like I should be. I dont' want to waste a squad spot for someone else.

That is a very valid point and I agree there are times when you want the option to start your own squad for testing etc.
Squad management is definitely another area that DICE need to address to bring it back into line with previous BF titles.
