Well, I tried to do the graph thing but I had my topic closed down, go figure. Not that any of these graphs make any sense to me in the first place.
@Psubond Am I looking for anything in particular to actually show? The information looked sporadic and wasn't showing much.

In main menu go to Options-Network and set it like this.
The graph should show up in the lower right corner of your screen and look something like this.
Record some gameplay footage and post it here or send it to one of the CMs so it can be analyzed.
It's probably just the usual hit-reg/net code issues that a lot of people (myself included) have posted about numerous times.
As you can see even playing a few minutes Solo with bots just to grab these screenshots, the Client (my computer represented by the green box and X-es) shows 26 hits while the Server (represented by the yellow box and X-es) only shows 25 hits.
