I think some AR suggestions that were both classic and prolific in some variants and would be great in Battlefield 2042 (and were great in BF3 and BF BC2) are the Hk rollerlocks; how awesome and rare would it be to have an Hk G41 available to us in a videogame? The Hk G3 type rifles are firearms fan favorites, and are available in a bunch of different calibers, adding a sense of modularity to them (Hk G41, Hk33, Hk53 in 5.56x45; Hk32, Hk52 in 7.62×39; Hk G3 in 7.62x51/.308), rather than simply being stuck with the MP5 in 9mm.
