This has loooooong been an issue. The only way any of us has seen to reliably fix it is to go into portal and host a match. I have been hosting BF3 Rush maps and just planting MCOMS while I wait. Keep checking your points and they will eventually show up. Be sure to tear down your server.

I thought it fixed both does it not? I may be incorrect...
The issue has, for the time being, seemed to fix itself. It would appear that EA has bigger problems given I got an "unable to load persistence data" error and then my stuff showed up. Not that any of it matters now since I can't even join a game due to their server issues.
And as for the issue I'm describing, this has happened before and took a while for it to be sorted out. The bottom line here is that it shouldn't be happening at all, but I guess that's too big an expectation to lay on a AAA studio with billions of dollars in revenue.
