Well deserved

Looked up the steam player counts a couple of minutes ago and compared them to Battlefield 5. What should I say, what I see is well deserved. Glad to see, that people are sick of bad design decisions and bad game launches. 

Battlefield 5 got its fair amount of critique when it got released, but next to 2042 it really shines. I am glad I cancelled my preorder. Nevertheless it is sad to see that they completely butchered the series. Battlefield 5 is probably the last game of this franchise that I ever bought. I do not believe in a great future for Battlefield any more - it will never be the same.

    @NarrowSpeedo I am very disappointed with my Gold purchase. I had high expectations with this game and looks like I will have to be satisfied with going back to BF4 to fly and have the Battlefield experience we once had in BF2.

    Interesting that BFV has such regular peaks daily (around 14:00 going by the time on the graph though it doesn't say if it's UTC or some specific time zone). I'm guessing it's East Coast US time  (that's where the website is based) as this would put the peak at 9pm in Europe. So it looks like it's being played almost exclusively in one region, probably Europe.

    @Ahhnuld I hear ya in regards to being disappointed in your Gold purchase. $95 NOT well spent. And stupid me thought waiting for some patches would fix a lot of problems... more like had me racking up hours waiting on 4 patches that fix almost nothing and then too many hours played to get a refund. I will for sure not be pre-ordering in the future. Lesson learned... the hard way.
