@DJPtrak huh. Not real life yeah but BF 1/V were pretty gritty.. BF 4 had its moments. But BF was never an "Arcade" shooter. It is now tho...

@Buzzfunk Disagree with arcade part. Battlefield has always felt like an adult game, however the gameplay has never been realistic at all. I love that about this franchise though. I hate milsims with a passion. More recoil equals realism, right?!
I haven’t seen this commercial, but I’m sure that I would hate it to. They’re trying to market and sell the game though. I’m all for more people buying the game, that just means more people to play with. It also means that they’ll support the game better and longer if it sells well.
Every commercial isn’t for everyone. If I’m remembering correctly, in the beta characters were cursing. I’m sure the game will feel like an adult game on release.

@RaginSamFirst off, don't be a smart a** 🙂. I never said more recoil=realism. I said, that the past BF games were a lot harder to learn than the 2042 beta. Which makes it more "Arcade" like to me. No one wants super realism in games anyways. Just felt like there was no strategic elements, no team play, just run and shoot. (in the beta). Hence how it ended up feeling to me.
