@Psubond When I unlocked the skin yesterday with the rifle I also carried the spotting grenade and the soflam. I think a sniper with a soflam can be useful or with a spawn beacon. Of course, they aren't useful at their spawn, but they can hang back (a little bit) and provide a safe place to spawn that isn't always overrun by enemies -- granted, this can somewhat be said just spawning on the squad mate, but a good player doesn't stand next to their beacon.
That being said, I agree, that in a lot of circumstances, a team of snipers is going to lose because they aren't PTFO'ing

@AnobixYou arent going to convince me that a sniper sitting in one place is useful. If you are shooting AND using soflam you are half assing both and just frustrating people carrying M5s because you arent keeping tartgets painted. If you are going to hang back and soflam, focus on that. If you arent doing that then ptfo
