What do you find impressive about Battlefield over the years?

What do you find most impressive about Battlefield over the years?  For me its the immersion when entering a map...audio, graphics, destruction/effects and occasionally that feeling of being in a who...

@skates15 For me it was the teamwork along with the immersion of a large scale combined arms game that was different from the lone wolf infantry play of titles like COD.

Bonuses were the graphics and sound design of earlier games.

Mostly it's the fact I can either be part of the team or take myself off on my own, I like the flexibility. The sound is a close second though as I've always thought that was brilliant.

    The replay value has always been very good, up until Battlefield 4. It dropped drastically for me in newer games.

      Claymores, Limpets and having a blast with and/or against mates.
