@CantGetRight BF to me is playing with friends. 30-40 clan mates in a rented server with admins to deal with the cheaters and flamers. Getting to know pubs who maybe join or play regularly and chat. I still use “Druegor” as a curse word from the BC2 days lol. I loved to hate that guy haha. BF to me is fun. 2042 is lost potential. 2042 is trying to be everything to everyone and ended up missing the mark and is now for virtually no one. Played in a server last night (Friday night) and at 9:00 PM saw that it was 50% AI. WTF?

What is BF to me? I dont know anymore. Disappointment to be completely honest? Desire for something else. Hoping and wishing. Waiting... Coming to terms with the fact that it will never be what it once was to me.
Lol or are you asking more in the sense of, "how would you describe the BF franchise as a whole?"? I may be way off here.
