What is causing mouse input inconsistencies?

I'm on PC.12900K, 3080Ti, 32GB DDR5, M.2 SSD. 

I'm having double click and single click input issues and would like to know what's causing it. A single press of a button on my mouse often double presses and other times does not even register a press. 

For example, I want to just change weapons. I have toggle weapons on a single mouse button so when I press it it should change weapon and press it again to swap back. What's happening is when I press it it swaps from primary to secondary and back to primary on a single press. Other times a click will not even register and just stays on primary. Other times it behaves as it should. 

I've remapped inputs to several different buttons and all of them have the same affect. There's no change. 

Does anyone else have this on PC? Is this a mouse input problem or a server/netcode issue or something? My mouse behaves itself in all other games. 

Edit : All select weapon inputs are unmapped barring cycle weapons on a single button so it can't be a conflict in settings.
