DICE TeamWe have bug with AM 40 that its using the SMG headshot multiplier. Should get fixed in an upcoming update.

@EA_Atic btw the standard issue also only has 20 rounds, yet the UI says 30....

@X-Sunslayer-XThis also kinda shows that the stats for everything is still leaning towards it being an SMG (like the gun was made to be an SMG rather than an AR, outside the marketing that its an SMG in an AR body and was changed last second), most of the SMG's have 20 round mags non extended
