What is the state of GPU/CPU optimization/utilization?

So far we have a roadmap for the next few updates but what about the poor state of of the hardware optimization/utilization?   Out of the gate the game is not using hardware to its full potential.   ...

@Grtwhitewalker Its called a memory leak. No matter how you optimize you have unstable frames and drops. Its on their end not ours.
