What will EA have to do to earn your trust back?

What will EA HAVE to include in the next Battlefield game for you to trust them again and for you to even contemplate buying it?  For example if they say it will have a server browser but bring back ...

The minimum for me is:

  1. A open apology to all players who were misled and felt let down by their actions.
  2. A "we messed up", so we give you a good discount on this next BF game.
  3. A promise that a SB/PS will be included.
  4. A fully finished and proper game. 

Then i might after a good read of reviews by trusted players here on the forum and other media, start thinking about what to do.

( I know 2 of my points is a no go, so it will be very..very hard to earn my trust back.

      I picked up Arma Reforger. The next BF game better be good, or a lot of money will be walking away from it.

    The problem is,

    Even if they did this, said sorry, promised a better, cleaner, finished game.
    sheep will buy it and say "they have changed their ways!" ... and it will be EXACTLY the same as before, again and again.

    Time stamp this, then watch and BEHOLD! I have predicted the future!!
