What will EA have to do to earn your trust back?

What will EA HAVE to include in the next Battlefield game for you to trust them again and for you to even contemplate buying it?  For example if they say it will have a server browser but bring back ...

Full server and clan tools are a must. 3 and 4 can be the golden age of community but I still find 1 to be the "enlightened" stage if that makes any sense.
