In this game, nothing works as it should. Because, as I see it, the game is made by the Sims team. The remnants of Dice only make minor adjustments to the long-outdated engine and are capable of nothing more. Nothing will change in the future, as there are no prerequisites for that. EA is not even able to protect its customers from harassment by cheaters. Why? It is either incompetence or a disregard for their customers. What is the future perspective of the franchise, considering the above points?

Don't get your hopes up too high on the publishers because it looks exactly the same across all major games.
With today's AC technology it will continue to look like this, as hackers and programmers are of the same level of knowledge, where the hacker leads and the programmer follows.
