Whats the point in Havking with Rao?
This question is primarily regarding hacking air vehicles. I hack the *, they still flare after done, right after.... meaning can't follow up with Soflam. Then again if I designated, why do flares ...

@wiccanring777 I like using rao but only against nightbird pilots it’s just a device that you can annoy vehicles with.
Rao would be more useful if it actually disabled a vehicle for a period of 5 secs-so it eventually was just dead in the water so to speak.
