What's the point of G57 extended mag

I started leveling up my G57 and i finally managed to unlock everything, but:

Drum mag and extended mag have the same reload time. What's the point of using the extended mag?

I think the extended mag should have a shorter reload time (or drum mag should have an extremely long reload time) because right now extended mag is just an aesthetic option.

Also, please, i would like to have some sort of default firemode. I'd like to spawn in a new game already with burst mode 🙂

Thanks for hearing our feedback

I thought extended had a -5 on handling and drum -10? That's not enough for you?

Stats are lying and not only on g57. That - 10 handling could also mean "hey, it takes 0,5 secs more to swap weapons" or "hey, the weapon will recoil more" etc. It could mean anything. But in real facts (and that counts) there are no differences. Same reload speed.

No, it's not enough for me 🙂

Handling definitely effects recoil. and spread. I've had a lot easier time wiping several enemies with the extended vs the drum.

Ok, but.. Makes no sense. G57 is fairly usable in CQB (also with burst mode). Having a higher recoil is ok, but it also should have a higher reload time, because a higher recoil is a minor handicap

Same as subsonic magazine having the same reload speed and bullet count of the standard one. It recoils a bit more? Who cares in a cqb situation?

AK-24 and M5A3 instead have a way more impacting handicaps. Spread, spray and reload time are noticeable and with a real gameplay impact
