I believe that DICE considers intelligent spawning mechanics to be a legacy feature. It never used to be this bad. I'm somewhat surprised more people haven't noticed/complained.
@DigitalHype Lol tons of people complain, the forums are full of posts like this. They just trim the posts and combine them so it’s not so obvious.
