@Gomilend I wouldn't call it bizarre. It's just a game and a fictional alternate universe. They can make up whatever they want, which is clearly when Battlefield is at it's best. They are adding maps post launch too.
Personally, I could care less where the map is located as long as it's a well designed map. Map design imo hasn't been very good since BF4.

@ArchAngeL-PCX I see your point. Though I'd like to see maps mostly in real-world flashpoints, like Belarus, Korea etc etc. It brings a level of immersion that's quite nice.
But yeah, BF4 maps are awesome. I hope we get at least as many maps in 2042 as BF4. BF5 had pitiably little content...
