Where is the Prox Scanner

I was just playing and now the Prox Sensor Throwable is missing. What happend to it? Did the YouTube individuals mess it up for me? I was using them to see if there where enemy near when assaulting a point then I would use The scanner on one of the specialist to find them. It was not broken and I barley got points for it. It was one of my game styles. If its because of the XP farmers, this sux! I did not even run it with an Ammo box. I used the mobile spawn point. I dont get more then 12k experience. Bring it back or tell me why its gone.
