Why (almost) No One Uses Squad Commands?

There's also no incentive to give squad commands. To my knowledge there is no 'order followed' bonus for the leader nor squad mates.
Really? Thanks for the answer. I did not know there is no bonus exp for completing squad commands. My bad then ^^. Removed from the list.

Easy: Because you get nothing from squad orders and they are not working properly, as you have to use that really bad commorose in 9/10 times, because double tapping doesnt work.
