Why (almost) No One Uses Squad Commands?
Since day 1 I have noticed that in Battlefield 2042 most (like 95%) of squad leaders do not issue squad commands. They do not react to command request and ignore chat. Why is this? Would be great if ...

Because sadly it give no XP bonus .. Also it peoples cannot OPt in or out of squad lead roles wich put randoms players in charge as squad leader and they might not be suitable for that .. This is Why MAG game on PS3 or Planetside have a much better squad and platoon structure than BF ... BF is lacking a lot when it come to organizing a team and team play .. wich is pretty sad ... The specialist system itself and BF2042 is great but the structure and squad and lobby size is depressing ... We need 8 to 16 players lobby of 4 player squads with platoon leader , platoon lead orders and XP bomus and way to have peoples Opt in or out of those roles so they dont end up squad lead when they should not or dont want to have it .
