Why (almost) No One Uses Squad Commands?

Since day 1 I have noticed that in Battlefield 2042 most (like 95%) of squad leaders do not issue squad commands. They do not react to command request and ignore chat. Why is this? Would be great if the squad leader gets automatically transferred to someone else after they ignore command requests for few minutes (as it was in some previous BF titles).

- do they simply have poor game knowledge and not know, that you get a ton of XP by completing squad commands? (I did not know there is no bonus exp, my mistake)

- do they not care as you can not deploy special squad abilities (such as the huge bomb) as in some previous BF titles?

- they do not realize the value of teamplay and cooperation?

- are they new to the franchise and have no idea, that squad commands even exist?

Some of them even get offended when anyone asks for squad commands. What is your opinion?

    Point acquisition is so low there is no point to really narrow your focus on objectives, especially with so many extra players out there with itchy trigger fingers. I hate capping a ppint only to die at the very last second or spam the deploy on squad button to be met with an "in combat, you gotta wait" message for 0 credit.

    Everyone is just a lone wolf in games these days, they don't care about PTFO. I get it, I love just doing my own thing too but people who work together usually live longer and earn more points

    I hate being stuck asking for orders, it gains you requisition points. Its not rude to want orders, its rude to not give them. For those who don't know how, use the same web browser you are using and figure it out or go play COD or Fortnite and quit ruining matches!

    Pretty wild to revive a 4 year old post to claim that this minor issue is ruining matches.
