why am i spawning with the enemy looking at me?

dice what is your problem you trying to discourage people from playing the game? because your spawn system is trash if you were trying to upset players with them then i think you have succeeded. players from the enemy team should not be looking right at me when I spawn which only lets them have a free kill since you have no time to react before your dead. With my earlier post i posed the question is dice a bully. does he hate us. with all these intentional flaws it seems some of my questions have been answered and not positively i might add. this next update better be spectacular. Or the positives that could be had in this game will probably be lost. and i have seen better launches from a single programmer than dices whole crew could pull off and better costumer service as well with updates and all 1 guy got to make you wonder

  • Some of the spawns are certainly questionable. 64 player Kaleidoscope breakthrough in particular has entirely open spawns that can be viewed and fired directly into during the first sector. Furthermore, spawning on A2 as defender while it is being contended will spawn you in the open field close to attacker spawn.

  • Reminds me of the spawn trapping in BF2.  Specifically at the square in Karkand.

  • It's even more annoying when you know there are bad guys around as you spawn in and then your soldier does that really annoying check of their primary weapon as you die.

    The spawn system is one of the biggest annoyances for me in the game. Even after the tweak in the last patch, you still get spawned in front of enemies. If a player happens to know the spawn area, it's a bunch of free kills for them for basically no effort.

    Breakthrough attacking on lots of maps can be a big problem for this. The defenders seem to be able to push quite far towards the attackers spawn and quite easily flank them. 

  • its worse in tdm. i spawn behind enemy, get the kill only to be instantly killed by the next enemy behind me

    Renewal is another one. Defenders can practically drive their tanks into attacker spawn during the first section.

  • They want to even the playing field between high skill and low skill players. 

    The best way to do this in their minds is promote chaos and randomness in gameplay, one that is easily controlled is how you spawn. Even the best players cant do much spawning with their back to an enemy, meanwhile for a player that gets killed constantly getting killed again isn't an issue but shooting one of the better players in the back makes them feel good.

    This attitude of trying to help the lesser skilled players can also be seen by:

    -lack of scoreboard

    -promoting the ONE thing they might have done right during the game as an end of round showcase while higher skilled players get ignored

    -having robots that do the shooting for you

    What they don't realise is the idea of lesser skilled players is an incorrect thought to begin with, they made the problem to start with by making the game more run and gun...so they actually narrowed the required skills so that fewer players can compete rather than expanding them to give everyone a job on the bf.
