What about players that purchased your "Hailstorm" skin as an example, the few that continue to support your game with their hard earned money that cannot even equip their purchase? Do you not care about these people? Are these people low priority to you guys? Wow.
Just take their money and leave everything broken for months? Is that seriously EA's attitude?
I've also read this seasons patch notes and I'm staggered that most, if not all of the bugs listed get priority over weapon attachments still not unlocking. Yeah that's it. I know you're probably here to help and thanks in advance.
However me and you both know there's a workaround for that particular skin but other people will not search forums just to be able to equip their purchase. Some of them even get passed from pillar to post contacting support like I have done in the past.
This bug should be fixed by now if EA/DICE valued their customers. Instead customers that continue to support this game, that purchase skins are literally wasting their time on two fronts. The first one being contacting support and getting nowhere with their issue and secondly posting bug reports that get ignored.
