Why are simple bugs not being addressed?
How are bugs like weapon attachments not unlocking and the ability to equip a damn skin or weapon charm still broken? Are we all just wasting our time reporting bugs? Please don't move this to the bu...

@I_DYN4MO_I I see players have that skin equipped. But are you referring to not being able to re-equip it once you equip another skin?

Yeah that's it. I know you're probably here to help and thanks in advance.
However me and you both know there's a workaround for that particular skin but other people will not search forums just to be able to equip their purchase. Some of them even get passed from pillar to post contacting support like I have done in the past.
This bug should be fixed by now if EA/DICE valued their customers. Instead customers that continue to support this game, that purchase skins are literally wasting their time on two fronts. The first one being contacting support and getting nowhere with their issue and secondly posting bug reports that get ignored.

The other issue is some of these skins and charms do not have a possible workaround as they're not in the store.
