Why are simple bugs not being addressed?

How are bugs like weapon attachments not unlocking and the ability to equip a damn skin or weapon charm still broken? Are we all just wasting our time reporting bugs? Please don't move this to the bu...

As a short summary that is because "simple" bugs don't take priority over bugs that have a more severe impact on gameplay.

the aim down sight one is rough.  i jumped in a helo and got out and then i couldn't use the FXM-33 because you have to aim to use it.  is that considered a severe impact bug (that has been around for a WHILE)?
