Why can’t I kill people

After 60 hours in the game now, I can say that the gun situation really is a problem. I have tried to force myself to play other guns. Part of me wants to make other guns work, but I just get annoyed and go back to the PP-29. I've had so many instances now where I shot people dead center chest with zero hit registration. I've emptied entire clips into people with zero hit registration. It really does make me wonder how much playtesting occurred on this game before it was released. If I was playtesting this game I could have written an essay on the gun issue just 20 hours in. It was already obvious there were big issues. I run GeForce experience and record all my gameplay. Several of these instances I have went back and watched footage in slow motion to figure out how in the world I missed a shot or lost a gun fight only to find I had actually done everything perfectly - Shots perfectly placed, just didn't register. Some how the PP-29 is the one gun that consistently feels like it does not suffer from this issue. It seems to always hit. I have killed people running at 200m with the pp29 with 3 burst shots. It is accurate and lethal. Other guns feel anywhere from much worse to drastically worse. I haven't touched the AR's in the last 20 hours of play...They just arent fun and feel broken. I just keep coming back to how in the world did this get past play testing. What is the tick rate of these servers? Why does it feel as though my bullets often just go right through people without doing any damage?
