why can i not play battlefield 2042 without a box live membership

Hi why is it that i can not play the bf2042 game with out membership, i was going to play offline with the bots today to see if you have made the game any better then last time i went on it. do not have any online membership as it it pointless for me at the moment as working strange hours and dont get the time to play games much anymore. so very disappointed that could not have 30mins bot killing today. and i have played it before offline with bots

Would love to start a we are games why do we have to pay extra to play sort of thing but we all know that it's just going to be like pissing In wind

It's a shame. I'm on a metered connection right now and I can play all the solo games I want offline in Battlefront II. Basically the same gamemodes translate to Battlefield 2042 and you need a connection.

It's crazy how Playstation and Xbox users get screwed around for this kind of stuff. When it comes to a subscription you shouldn't have to pay to play multiplayer considering they don't charge people on computer. So between PlayStation and EA this is just a cash grab for them and nothing more
