@Trokey66 That's why for PVE you would raise the amount needed vs those in PVP. The OP already mentioned this when he brought up how in CoD they may require for example 10 PVP kills but then 50 PVE kills.
in the old games there were also assignments that you are forced to play different map packs, weapons, modes or vehicles so such things aren’t new to BF
But yeah, forcing player do play specific weapons, vehicles, modes and so on is not the best thing.
But I think this one is really an easy and I’m only an average player. I needed 3 rounds for the defuses and shotgun kills
