Why do motion balls show stationary enemies?

@ghinavirus It removes an entire playstyle from the game though, they basically make stealth impossible the amount that get thrown about.
And trust me I use it too, got 129 assists with it on hourglass, A flags.

@R1ckyDaMan19 that may be the issue. They do not want stealth.
I know we are all playing this game but it wasnt ready for primetime. It needed more time in development. Some of this stuff wasnt well thought out for the modes we are playing but it would work for a BR. Just like those maps.

- @ghinavirus I wonder if this is why the tugs never made it into portal, they didn't have the code to do it.
