Why does Dozer not have a cooldown?

@UP_HawxxeyeFor me it is the stupidity of Dozer and his shield that is the problem.
The game is full of lots of (often small) stupid things and it ends up being a giant joke.
You constantly get your 'immersion' broken by something annoying and the game is just not fun to play.
@cso7777 Agreed. The whole shield of dozer thing is just pathetic.
For a start it would be heavy, and I mean really heavy, and if it can withstand C5 and a would magazine from machine guns and still be exactly the same effective wise then it's blatantly overpowered.
Then there is the speed at which people can run with its blinking mind blowingly stupid. And as for being able to kill people by hitting the other side of the wall with it, well, that just goes to show how challenged these developers are, no wonder people like using it, everything is just such an easy kill for them, and as for being able to deploy it on a zip line, well, I rest my case.
I hope the next BF Game is designed by grown-ups, not the children that clearly designed this one.
